"More Help Than You Know - A Lesson From The Creator"

    2Kings 6:14-17
    Psalms 121:1-2

Elisha and a servant vs a multitude coming to take them
There are more with us then them (because God is on their side).

As men, we have a hard time asking for help. We all need help.
Realize help exists. Receive the help God has for us.
    Resolve to help someone else.
Men grow up taught not to talk and not to cry or show emotions (society, upbringing).

    Help:
    1. You have to want help even if you do not know help exists.
    2. You have to seek help - ask for it.
    3. You must receive the help you get - accept it.
    4. You must be it.

    Barriers to asking for help:
    1. Ignorance
    2. Independence
    3. Being considered ignorant or dumb.
    4. Pride
    EGO - Edging God Out

    Help - need to:
    1. Value it
    2. Invite it
    3. Embrace it
    4. Utilize it
    5. Reproduce it

What the Lord provides is not only for us but for us to give to others.

Somebody is willing to help you.

As a baby, we all cry out for help.
As a child, we all call for help (ask for everything)
We should continue to ask for help as adults.
