Thoughts are disentangled when they pass through our lips and our fingertips (from NH101).
Are you having trouble concentrating praying to God?
Do you struggle with what to pray to God?
Can you remember what you prayer to God was yesterday or last week?
From Promise Keepers this year - "The faintest ink is more powerful than the strongest memory."
Start by getting yourself a small spiral bound notebook for your journaling (writing to God). On the left side of
the page, write the date along the top of the page. Along the left margin, write the bible reading you just
completed. Then start writing what comes to mind. Some suggested starting words are; Yesterday, ..., or On
my heart is, ..., or Your word in Matthew 4, ...
On the right side of the page write P(Praise), A(Admit), R(Request), T(Thanks) spaced apart by a few lines
and then write out something for each heading.
